This private casita is separated from the main home, and even includes a private entrance from the driveway.… One bedroom, one bath studio, complete with kitchenette, hot tub, storage shed, putting green, and gazebo. The large bathtub allows for both soaking and showering. The "casita-yard" can accommodate a service pet as well. This special place is in the heart of the Valley, central to everything. ASU is within biking distance, and downtown Phoenix is only a short drive away. For transparency, there are a couple downsides: - The west wall of the casita is thin, and sound travels through it very easily. The "property-mates" are quiet & respectful but late-night noises could wake you up. - The outdoor washer & dryer will have to be shared by everyone on the property.
