Rent is $650 including utilities with street parking. If you prefer driveway it's an additional $50, otherwise there is room on the street. The home is very laid back, friendly, respectful of space and privacy. Terms are for peace and integrity of the home, roomates and community 1. Minimum 6 months 2. Must be working outside home, ID and paystubs required 3. Street parking, unless you want a driveway spot, $50 a month 4.Must keep home clean at all times or upcharge, any common room used must look as it did upon entry of said room. Cleaning supplies provided 5. No parties, drugs, alcohol on premises 6. No overnight guests 7. All guests must be off premises by 10pm, no exceptions 8. No use of laundry between 2pm - 7pm as that is peak hours 9. Must purchase own toiletries, laundry soap, food, paper towels, napkins 10. Exessive utility use may require charge, normal use then utilities included 11. No tampering with alarm system or outdoor cameras, immediate loss of deposit and removal from lease/home Two roomates are hardly in the home due to work, the other two work in the area, even then you don't even know they are in the home, it's that awesomely quiet, so if you enjoy peace and quiet, room is available
