Lease terms

Preferred lease term is 12 months. Month-to-month tenancy may be available after the initial lease term, subject to mutual agreement. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care, routine HVAC filter replacement, replacement of light bulbs, and maintaining smoke detector batteries as needed. Renters insurance is required throughout the tenancy. Up to two small pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to landlord approval, additional deposits, fees, and lease terms. No subleasing, assignment, or short-term rentals (including Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms) are permitted without prior written approval from the landlord. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco, cannabis, or similar products is not permitted inside the home or on the premises. Security deposit, late fees, and other applicable lease terms will be outlined in the lease agreement. All applicants are subject to screening and qualification requirements in accordance with applicable laws and the lease terms.
