Personal belongings should be kept in your bedroom and not stored in common areas. Please dispose of trash promptly and avoid allowing garbage to accumulate indoors. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the home. Quiet hours are appreciated during late evening and early morning hours. Electricity and internet costs are shared as agreed. If a guest stays regularly or frequently uses the home, the additional utility and internet costs may be divided accordingly.
