Just a short boat ride to the North water Dam of Lake Oconee and then there's south to Crook Creek marina and Lake Sinclair dam. Secluded and peaceful with plenty of land for privacy. This is our getaway home to enjoy Georgias' great outdoors. Bring your ATV or SXS, a great way to get around. Bring your boats, and Jetskis. You will have access to our boat house, Jetski lifts and boat ramp to launch or load onsite. The onsite boat ramp is great for boaters, fishermen and jet skis. The open water views are just beautiful and relaxing. There is great fishing right from our dock. It's a great area for boating, jet skiing, water skiing. There plenty of deer on our property all year long. Our flat land is big and fun to play outdoor sports. Kids love the open area available to roam around on and the quiet and safe secluded neighborhood for biking. We have several bird houses and feeders. Bird watching is wonderful. Our cozy 1500 sf home is updated, simple and clean offering 3 bedrooms and 2 updated bathrooms. It can sleep up to 11. There is king, queen, full and 3 twin beds. In addition there is a very comfy sofa bed with foam temper pedic foam mattress. The living area is open with great water views from the couch or dining table.
