The apartment sits on the 3rd floor, atop a 4-unit building and offers a spacious floor-through layout with living and dining rooms, a large and updated eat-in-kitchen, and two bedrooms which are located on complete opposite ends of the apartment, offering roommates excellent privacy.
The front facing living and dining room offer a great space for entertaining and versatility to have a home office or formal dining area. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas cooking, lots of cabinet space, and plenty of room for a dining table.
One bedroom can comfortably fit a queen-size bed set and a desk (as seen in the photos), while the second bedroom is a bit smaller and more comfortable accommodates a full-size bed. The items in the smaller bedroom are available for purchase. The bathroom is somewhat older-style, but incredibly well maintained and very clean.
There are nice hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. The unit also receives excellent sunlight throughout the day. Laundry is located in the basement.
