This is a small, cute, bright upstairs/downstairs apartment located in the back of a three unit apartment house in the village of New Haven, VT.… Kitchen and living room are downstairs. Upstairs you will find a full bath, bedroom and a small bonus room that could be used as an office or storage. Though the space is small, there are lots of closets and some built-ins that make for great storage space! There are heat pumps located both downstairs and upstairs as well as a Renai heater in the living room. Parking for 1-2 cars is available onsite. Additional vehicles would need to park at the town park-and-ride which is less than a 5 minute walk. There is a small shared porch space with one other unit and a beautiful shared back yard. There is NO washer and dryer on the property.
