Lease Term: Minimum 12-month lease * Monthly Base Rent: $1,095 * Utilities Fee: $300/month (includes electricity, high-speed internet, water, sewer, and trash) * Total Monthly Payment: $1,395 * Security Deposit: $1,095 (equal to one month's base rent) * Application Screening: Background, credit, income, employment, and rental history verification required. * No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. * Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the cottage or anywhere on the Rivenspring property. Rivenspring is a smoke-free and vape-free community. * Occupancy: Maximum occupancy in accordance with applicable laws and lease terms. * Renter's Insurance: Required prior to move-in. * Availability: Available immediately, subject to application approval.
