Driveway snow plowing and lawn care are included. A coin-operated laundry is available on-site. It is located in downtown Phillips, so you will be in walking distance to all the shops and the grocery store is a block and a half away. This rental can accommodate 1 to 6 people as a vacation rental or 1 or 2 people as a residential apartment. Pricing varies based on number of occupants and length of stay. Some pets are welcome.
