Lease terms 11-Month lease, then month-to-month thereafter. Included utilities are cold water, hot water, sewer, household trash, and garden services. A complimentary carport parking space D with a storage locker is provided for one vehicle, additional cars park on street with tenant annual permit purchased by the tenant. Animal policy: animals must be disclosed prior to move in. After move in, an animal must be approved in writing before being brough on-site. Dogs are not permitted and will not be approved. Indoor cats will be considered with additional $50 rent per month, per animal. Please note, dogs are not accepted at this property. This is a non-smoking property.
