Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term lease. We offer over 30 summer rentals in Seaside Heights and Seaside Park. We operate much like hotels in regards to providing additional services, such as towels, additional beach badges and car passes, cleaning services during your stay and so forth. As assurance for these services and for any rental agreement violation and/or damages WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit is required at check-in for incidental charges Please note we offer quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
