The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals, and a dedicated laundry room includes a washer and dryer. Outdoor living is enhanced by a fully fenced backyard, a private hot tub, and a Blackstone grill. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine on the deck and patio seating, with peek-a-boo lake views from the front porch. For extended stays of 30 nights or more, a brief in-person welcome orientation and routine property condition checks every 30 days are conducted, scheduled in advance at a mutually convenient time. Max 2 dogs are welcome with a $125 flat fee, and requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill if needed and will be reimbursed with a receipt, or for bringing their own charcoal for charcoal grills. Located in a quiet, charming lake town on Lake Erie, this home is just a short stroll to the lake, playgrounds, and parks, offering peaceful surroundings while being steps from the water. This is a strictly no-parties home, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum when outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM; excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and the use of confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. To avoid a $250 hot tub cleanliness fine, guests must shower before entering, limit use to 15-minute intervals if sensitive, use beach towels, not bath towels, and keep the hot tub clean and clear. Max occupancy for the hot tub is 7 guests, with no unsupervised kids, diving, jumping, food, drink, or glass in or near the tub. Guests should not turn off the hot tub, only the jets, and maintain the temperature at 100F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals without approval. Shoes should be removed indoors. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40. The converted garage offers a dedicated entertainment space with a poker table, foosball, an indoor putt-putt green, and a retro Nintendo 64 with a TV.
