It's located in the quaint beach community of Carpinteria where getting around by bicycle or even walking is viable. Bus service is available to Santa Barbara to the north, or Ventura to the south, and the Amtrak station is within easy walking distance, as well. And there's still more! You gotta pay the rent, preferably on time; no smoking; quiet, well-behaved pets will be considered; and we demand that you have fun living here! The security deposit is $2,500 Off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, but street parking is widely available and frequently more convenient.
