We have a beautiful new 2-bedroom 2-bathroom house in our backyard, and are looking to rent it to some great neighbors.…
The house shares a yard with our house, which includes an outdoor eating space with a picnic table, barbecue grill, and wok, a vegetable garden and lots of edible plants, a bike shed, and a zipline. We are friendly and community-oriented, and would like to share our space with others who enjoy knowing their neighbors and occasionally sharing a meal. Our household consists of 3 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 11 to 17, and an indoor/outdoor cat. We are an LGBTQIA friendly household.
The house was built 2 years ago, and is high-quality new construction with energy-efficient appliances.
It is officially available September 1, but could possibly be available a couple weeks earlier.
