The living room boasts a new leather couch, and the dining room features a large hardwood table for 8 guests. In addition to the living space, both floors feature a bonus space (private upstairs) and downstairs with games including a retro arcade where you can relive your Pac-Man and Donkey Kong glory days. There also comfy seating to enjoy the Tahoe Forest views out the large windows. Primary bedroom features a king bed and large remodeled ensuite bathroom with huge shower and dual heated towel racks. Just off the bedroom is a private office space (or lounge) with large monitor for your WFH use (or enjoying a good read and hot beverage). Guest room incudes a queen bed and private lounge with sofa where you can take in the views of Tahoe Forest. The third bedroom features twin over full bunk (this will most likely be a queen over queen by fall) for the kiddos. Spacious garage with tons of storage for skis, boards and all your winter gear. There is also a 220v outlet for your car charging needs. Amenities include a wood burning fireplace and private 6-8 person hot tub for you to relax after a good run on the slopes. New BBQ. Klipch Bluetooth enabled Soundsystem (both upstairs and downstairs) and several WiFi connected TV's throughout the home. Our retro cocktail video arcade table includes over 4,500 games from Pac-Man to Street Fighter to Golden Tee! Post your high score for bragging rights! We are close the 89 with easy access to Northstar (15 minutes) and Palisades (20 minutes) and a quick drive to Safeway, Raley's and downtown Truckee. Owner pays internet, snow removal, hot tub service, garbage, pest control. Tenant is responsible for utilities (water, gas and electric) + cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
