Lease terms

Rent: $3,950 per month Minimum lease term: 6 months Security deposit: $3,950 refundable, subject to the terms of the lease and applicable Colorado law. Tenant is responsible for utilities, including electricity, natural gas, water/sewer, internet, and cable (if desired). Trash and recycling service are included through the HOA and paid by the landlord. HOA dues are paid by the landlord. Home is fully furnished and includes bedroom furniture, living room furniture, dining furniture, major appliances, washer and dryer, an 85-inch QLED TV, and one bed in each bedroom (1 king, 2 queen, 1 twin). No pets permitted. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Renters insurance is required before move-in. Applicants are subject to a background, credit, and income verification. Military tenants are welcome. Lease complies with the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) regarding qualifying military orders. Property must be maintained in good condition, and tenants are responsible for reporting maintenance issues promptly.
