Up to 1 cat and 1 dog (50 lbs or less) are allowed. There is a refundable pet deposit of $300, plus a monthly pet rent of $35. Smoking/vaping is not allowed on the property. The property is available for a 12-month lease starting May 1, 2026. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant and include: gas, electricity, water, and trash. A security deposit of one month's rent is due on lease signing. Applicants must have a credit score of at least 700 and provide proof of monthly income at least 2x times the cost of rent. Applicants must also pass a background check and not have any evictions within the last 10 years.
