All utilities are included. Fast internet and on demand water heater. The space has a heat pump for you to control heating and cooling. I prefer 3-6 month leases, but am open to negotiating length of stay. No pets. Quiet hours preferred between 10PM-7AM.

It is a brightly lit space with sliding glass door entry. The backyard borders open space with vast views of the mountain and trailhead right out front. The backyard has a pergola, fire pit, and propane grill for use. The studio is about 300 sq feet, and includes a walk-in closet, kitchenette, and bathroom with walk in shower. There is a mini split heat pump for heating and cooling, as well as a ceiling fan and air purifier.
