I provide responsive and personable management, and I am your single point of contact as owner and landlord. I am happy to provide tenant references. Depending on circumstances, I am open to offering extremely fair move in rates that are intended to lower your moving burden by providing lower security deposits and pet fees (assuming no income or background issues). The lease is minimum 1 year. If you'll commit to a 2 year lease, we'll discount the rent by $100/month. You must be willing to talk on the phone to be considered. No smoking is allowed inside, only in outdoor area. I am pet friendly, however I will not consider scenarios with disorderly or loud or too many pets, given the shared property with another unit. Renter is responsible for paying their own electricity, water, internet and trash. While renter also is responsible for lawncare cost, we take of the lawncare with our team.
