By booking this property, you agree to the following legally binding conditions: This stay is for transient occupancy only and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. You affirm that you maintain a separate primary residence and are occupying this unit for temporary lodging purposes only. This booking grants a revocable license to occupy, not a lease. Failure to pay or violation of rules may result in immediate removal without refund. In the event of non-payment, refusal to vacate, or violation of terms, you may be treated as a trespasser and law enforcement may be contacted. No subletting, unauthorized guests, or use of the property as a permanent residence is permitted under any circumstances. Smoking (of any kind) is Not allowed in the building or apartment; a $300 fine will be charged and any cleaning fees. No pets unless permitted in writing, and a pet addendum has been signed. This includes pets belonging to visitors. A $25/night fee for overnight guest(s) not on agreement. Also, no parties or events are permitted. A $300 fine and cleaning fees will be charged. Utilities are included with a monthly cap of $100.
