Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host immediately. This is a self-check-in property; codes will be provided upon full payment and HOA approval. Please allow 30 days for HOA processing and background checks, which incur separate fees not included in the reservation. Access to the property cannot be granted until HOA approval and the second payment are received. The pool is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate, but temperature can fluctuate with local weather conditions. A vehicle is recommended as Fort Myers is a large metro area. Pets are not allowed.
