Lease Terms * 12-month lease required * Maximum occupancy: 2 residents * No smoking or vaping of any substance permitted anywhere inside the unit or building common areas * No subletting, short-term rentals, or unauthorized occupants permitted * Tenant(s) are responsible for maintaining the unit in clean and sanitary condition *Unable to allow BBQ or grills on deck. * Landlord may conduct periodic maintenance and property inspections with proper notice as required under Washington State law Rental Qualifications * Combined gross monthly income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent * Income must be verifiable through pay stubs, employment verification, or other approved documentation * Each adult occupant (18+) must submit a separate rental application * All applicants are subject to background, credit, rental history, and employment screening * Application/screening fees may apply in accordance with Washington State law * Screening criteria and consumer reporting agency information will be provided prior to processing applications, as required by RCW 59.18.257 * Reusable tenant screening reports will be accepted if they meet Washington State legal requirements This property is offered in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
