We closed-off 1-bedroom and a bathroom from the main house, then we added/built an extra room as an office/living-area. This creates a hybrid configuration of a studio /with a separate living room/office-space. Small living, but with extra space. Complete custom built-in kitchen / fridge / microwave and washer/ dryer were added. Granite counter-tops with tons of cabinets for storage. Recessed lighting and ceiling fans in both rooms. Private small shaded yard, which is great for a BBQ or a small pet area (please add $35/month pet fee, if applicable). Easy /safe off-street parking. The home is within a small private community, and the pool is just 300 feet from the casita. Also, the home sits adjacent to Tempe Indian Bend Park, which has a huge green open area, with soccer field / Tennis courts / Pickle-ball / basketball. This is the best location in the Valley. 3-miles north and you're in the heart of Old-town Scottsdale. 3-miles south and you're at ASU and Downtown Tempe. 1.5 miles to the 101 Highway North & South access and 1.5 miles to the Highway 202 East & West access. Only 5-miles to Sky Harbor airport. This home is NOT within huge rental complex. It's a mid-young community of quiet residents. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this is not the community for you. Looking for a long-term tenant that will love the home and area. 1-year lease is minimum, but prefer 2-year.
