Salish Escape has its own private driveway that can accommodate 3 vehicles. When you stay in this home you'll have the entire place to yourself, all the rooms and amenities. You'll be given a door code to access the home via a smart lock. The home is equipped with everything you need for a dreamy stay, including a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, premium linens and a BBQ. Your reservation includes up to $2,500 in damage protection if any accidents occur during your stay, contingent upon you letting us know if/when anything happens. OTHER NOTES ABOUT THE HOME Pet-Friendly... Salish Escape welcomes potty-trained, well-behaved pets under 30lbs for an additional fee of $90/pet/stay with a maximum of 2 per stay. Please let us know if you intend to bring a pet (or service animal). Privacy... Please note that we do have one neighbor on the Northside of the property, a very friendly family who is aware of guests coming and going. They will respect your privacy and we also ask that you do the same for them (be mindful of using drones, playing loud music, etc...) Steep Cliff Drop Off ...The property fronts the massive Puget Sound and there is a large cliff that exists on the property, beyond the 3 foot high fence in the backyard. However, the fence only encloses the backyard and there would be unobstructed access to the cliff by walking out of the front door and around the house to the back yard. BOOKING POLICIES Security Deposits and Incidentals... A $500 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits and incidentals are collected separately by the property host (not by Host site). Renter's Agreement... All guests must sign a renter's agreement before arrival info is provided. Guest Count... The guest count on your reservation MUST be accurate. Cancellation Policy... We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy. (terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed)
