The property has been designed so as to be optimum for roommates, but it could also be someone else who needs space and quality. The house is in pristine condition - in most ways, it would strike you as new. We are looking for long term. Ideally, the renter would be one party who may or may not have roommates (We are not looking for separate leases for separate roommates). Renter pays all utilities; and water/sewer/gas is shared with occupant of the ADU. Besides the roommate idea, the house would be ideal for a couple needing space for remote work or visiting grown children or occasional houseguests or perhaps a live-fin caregiver. The downstairs is very nice, spacious and all new, very comfy, intentional. The kitchen is fully-equipped, turnkey with refrigerator and double induction hotplate plus one of those new fangled ovens that does everything. Great lighting, extensive counter space, big sink. No dishwasher, though. The neighborhood, together with the location, constitutes a very meaningful amenity. It's a low-traffic, almost end-of-the subdivision street, about a block from the entrance to the Colorado Gulch nature preserve and about 3 blocks from The Draper preserve, both on the river, a lovely riverside park with picnic area and tennis courts in between the two preserves along the river. For bigger hikes/dog walks, there's primitive Colorado Gulch, accessed by foot bridge (no cars!) and plenty of uphill exertion.
