Term is for 1 year with 1 month deposit. Some flexibility available on term. An additional flat fee of $120 added for utilities as the pool house does not have separate meters. No smoking inside, but lots of space on the estate is available. Have a fence where a pet can stay (pet fee applies). Additional parking for boats, RVs, or additional vehicles for a fee. Can feel a little isolated which is why people love it, and why it is not for everyone. Because owners live on premises and have two young boys, background checks are required and owner reserves all rights to screen tenants.
