Updated laundry facilities are located to the right of the breezeway. Currently being fixed up. More pictures to come. Tenant shares laundry room with owners, but owners are very conscientious. Tenants have a dedicated shelves for laundry supplies.

No smoking inside, but lots of space on the estate is available. Have a fence where a pet can stay (pet fee applies). Additional parking for boats, RVs, or additional vehicles for a fee. Can feel a little isolated which is why people love it, and why it is not for everyone. Because owners live on premises and have two young boys, background checks are required and owner reserves all rights to screen tenants.
