A one year lease is the minimum required by the HOA. Utilities are the sole responsibility of the renter such as water, sewer, trash and electricity. This comes as 1 bill monthly from Lake Wirth Utilities. The bill averages 150-200 in the winter months and 250-300 during the summer months. There is a strict no smoking policy in or outside patio or garage on the premises. Pets are negotiable but the owner prefers no pets due to the delicate nature of the beautiful Brazilian Koa wood on the upstairs. The 466 square foot garage can easily fit 2 vehicles with room for storage on a utility rack and upper hanging 4'x8' rack that hangs from the ceiling that is provided. There is also plenty of free street parking right in front of your door most of the time. HOA rules say no parking in alleyway outside garage door unless temporary to wash your accompanied car (a water spicket is located outside garage door), front patio must be kept neat and clean, no littering on premises and no loudness after 9 p.m.

There is a special plug in the garage for a generator should we lose power during a hurricane and your own private hose spicket outside the garage for convenient car washes if you so desire. In addition, convenient and accommodating are the 2 best descriptive words for this location. No car is needed because its two blocks to downtown shops, restaurants, bars, Publix, pharmacies, banks, Lake Worth Playhouse, pet supply and Post office. It's also a one mile walk or bike ride to the beach and less than 1 mile to the intracoastal and Bryant Park. Public transit is within 2 blocks. Up and coming: The city is restoring and renovating the historic 1925 Gulfstream Hotel downtown Lake Worth Beach. It will be labeled as the Marriott Bonvoy brand and is expected to be finished in 2026. There is a dentist and urgent care 2 blocks away and a doctor 4 blocks away. West palm beach international airport is just 15 minutes away. Make it your own! The neighbors are friendly and always ready to give a helping hand.
