We are listing now as we know the Staunton market is incredibly tight and we want to ensure we have plenty of time to find great people who will both enjoy and take good care of our family home while we serve as boarding parents on campus just a few blocks away at Stuart Hall. Main Level: Relaxing front porch, Coat Closet, Living Room- with built in bookshelves and storage, Dining Room- with balcony and bay window ((both with incredible views downtown and of Betsy Bell/Mary Gray mountains) Kitchen, and FULL Bathroom Upstairs: Main Bedroom with dual closet spaces, 2nd bedroom (with incredible views downtown and of Betsy Bell/Mary Gray mountains), and FULL bathroom Basement: Office or 3rd Bedroom (no official closet), tons of storage & natural light, deep freezer, washer & dryer, and walk out access to paved patio/ backyard General upkeep of the yard and snow removal is the responsibility of the tenant. (A mower and snow shovel are provided on site) While there is plenty of street parking available, the home also boasts a private driveway with off street parking for 1 car.
