Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Lawn mowing will be provided FREE of charge by the landlord as needed. Well-behaved, small dogs ( 40 lbs) are OK with a $500 larger security deposit. If dogs are on the property the tenant will be responsible for picking up all dog waste prior to lawn mowing days which will be agreed upon by both parties. Leaf removal will be provided by landlord on two individual occasions during the fall season. Property is currently occupied with a tenant, who is moving out by 7/31/2026. This is not an offer to rent, you must submit additional information for review and approval. $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant...that is used for the appropriate checks (credit, background, etc). Or we do accept Zillow applications (no fee from us). Acceptable credit/employment/background check required. We normally look for at least a 620+ credit score with verifiable steady income. Evictions/judgments NOT accepted. Driver license and verification of income will be required with paystubs and W2's. This is a NO smoking home. Sorry, the house does NOT qualify for section 8 housing. No housing vouchers. All people that will be living in home MUST be disclosed on or before, time of lease.
