The 4th house up from the strand, the south-facing house has hardwood floors throughout, large skylights, high ceilings, a beautiful front yard with a fire pit, a panoramic rooftop deck for sunset BBQs, a dumbwaiter for bringing food up and down the stairs, a mandarin tree lined private deck with hammock, and an ocean view citrus tree deck for master bedroom. One large master bedroom with walk in closet, one bedroom with a queen bed and full up the ladder and attached bath, and one bedroom with a queen and bathroom down the hall. Plenty of space for a serene visit by the ocean in a uniquely designed Manhattan Beach walk street home.
