Lease terms
First and last and security , payable via Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer. As long as the cottage and outdoor areas looks exactly as they did when you moved in, I will refund your security deposit within five days of your departure. There will be a short term rental agreement provided to you prior to moving in and you will notice in the agreement that either party can give 15 days notice to the other party if they find the situation it's not working out. If for some reason, the lease is terminated because either party is unhappy, the prorated funds will be returned, and the security deposit will be returned as long as everything is perfect.

Hello. I'm offering this SHORT TERM rental. One month minimum four months maximum. One dog is OK. This is a small cottage APPROXIMATELY 500 FT.… perfect 2 close people. It's on a 10 acre farm located between Gainesville and Ocala Florida. It's about 5 miles west of I 75. It's very accessible. You have a private entrance and can pull up directly to the back door. There are no steps. It has a walk-in bathroom. the kitchen is very small with a convection oven or hot pot. There is no full oven, but there is a two burner electric surface stove. The cottage is recently renovated and fully furnished. It's very minimalistic and has a good Internet signal. My husband and I live on the property with our two dogs and 17 free ranging shy and (mostly) quiet Peacocks. So if you do bring a dog, they cannot roam freely if they chase the peacocks. There is a fenced paddock area a few feet from the back door of the cottage.The 10 acres is located within a 122 acre Greek Orthodox monastery- so it's very quiet very private. Our home is set about 40 yards away from the apartment. You would have your own driveway your own entrances and probably very little contact with us. We're located 20 minutes south of Gainesville archer Road exit and 20 minutes north of Ocala State Road 200 exit. We're about 10 minutes east of williston. It's just a simple minimalistic apartment. Lastly, I will mention it is 3 miles west of the Chi veterinary Institute. And it is about 20 miles south UF Veterinary Clinic. It's a good space for anybody needing a clean private space from any treatments they're having done at Shands hospital.
You can smoke outside, but you cannot store anything outside. The driveway will accommodate to small vehicles or one large truck. Please text me with any additional questions.
