Neighbors are quiet, and there haven't been any major issues. The complex is tucked on the backside of Research Park Loop, so roadnoise from the highway isn't an issue, and access to the Domain and downtown Austin is easy. Base rent is $2000 per month, which includes two reserved garage spots near the building entrance and a small (8x8) storage unit. Move in as early as May 1, 2026. If you are bringing pets, the management office will charge additional fees. This is a lease re-let, so you will assume the lease, which runs through July 24, 2026. At that time, you can choose to renew the lease with the management office or let the lease expire. I will have the apartment professionally cleaned before your move-in date.
