Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity (SRP) and water (City of Mesa). Lease term: 12 18 months. Home is unfurnished. Up to 3 pets are permitted with landlord approval. A $250 non-refundable pet fee, $250 refundable pet deposit, and $25/month pet rent per pet apply. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee is due at move-in. A $2,550 refundable security deposit is required, subject to the terms of the lease. A 350 sq. ft. backyard storage shed is available for optional exclusive use for an additional $50 per month. Tenant is responsible for routine yard maintenance by either: Hiring a landscaping service at their own expense, or Maintaining the yard themselves, including mowing the backyard lawn and spraying weeds in the front yard to keep the property in good condition.
