This is a great, recently renovated condo in the North end of Victorian village, less than a mile from OSU… and close enough to the Short North to walk to all it has to offer. The condo is also far enough south of campus to be away from the undergrad section of town.
This is a 2 bedroom unit - first bedroom is pretty large, second bedroom is smaller and includes a nice loft space. It also includes a rare for the area back patio.
Parking is on street, but living here gives you access to a parking pass in the Short North Zone E, which allows parking from 5th to 1st in the Short North.
Zillow now has an auto booking system - I am a small landlord and don't have set hours + need to coordinate with the tenants and give them 24 hours notice. If interested please message me and I can work to schedule a viewing with you. Generally after 5 PM on weekdays and after 11 AM on weekends is good.
