For a good night's sleep, we offer: Primary suite with a King memory foam bed, smart TV, mini-split AC, and a closet stocked with a Pack N' Play Baby Crib, luggage rack, hangers, ironing board, and iron. A premium leather queen sleeper sofa in the living area perfect for two more! This space also has a smart TV, its own mini-split AC, a shared counter/workspace with bar stools, board games, puzzles, and a Ms. Pac-Man countercade! Our kitchenette is ready for your culinary adventures with a large farm sink, butcher block counters, microwave, 2-burner induction hot plate, cookware, toaster, full fridge/freezer, Keurig, and a selection of teas. We even have ceramic mugs made by local artists for you to use! The bathroom features a spacious tiled walk-in shower, luxury towels, a hairdryer, and a first-aid kit. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washer/dryer, plus pickleball/tennis equipment and pool towels for the public park across the street. Enjoy the front porch seating area with views of the Hemisfair Tower and Alamodome, or relax in our private, shaded backyard patio perfect for you and your furry friends! Across the street, you'll find a fantastic public park (Fairchild Park) with pickleball/tennis courts, a pool, playground, and dog park (Dignowity Park) -Park Hours Apply- Guest access You'll have keyless entry to the house we'll send you a unique code for the door prior to your check-in day. You're welcome to enjoy the entire home, including the front and back yards. Just a little note: the property line runs along the edge of the porch opposite the driveway, so that side area is private and not part of our property. We also offer Wi-Fi, a security alarm (msg for code if you want to use it), and Ring cameras at the exterior doors for added peace of mind. Parking: You can park one car in the driveway and additional cars on the street directly in front of the house. Street parking can sometimes be limited due to the nearby park. Please do not park in front of neighbors' homes. We love supporting local San Antonio artists, and you'll find their work throughout our home!
