No Pets -- No Smoking -- Year-long Lease converting to Month-to-Month after 12. Fees and utility costs. Parking is included. All utilities included except phone/internet/cable. Move/admin fee is $425. Renter will contact the building manager directly to coordinate the move. If criminal history is found, an individualized assessment of the applicant's criminal history will be conducted. An applicant may submit mitigating evidence of good conduct and rehabilitation that have occurred since any conviction or recent criminal activity. Tenant's maintenance responsibilities will be to keep the unit in good working order, as described in the lease agreement, and follow the rules of the condominium association.
