Lease terms
The minimum duration of the lease is one year. Landlord pays for water, trash, WIFI, and cable. The tenant is responsible for his/her gas and electricity usage. The main house and carriage house are non-smoking facilities, and it is appreciated if one does not smoke on the premises. Pets are welcomed. There is a single, one-time, pet fee of $100 for your pets. The backyard is completely enclosed, and there are two dog waste bag dispensers. It is expected that the owners of dogs will pick up after their pets and dispose of waste in garbage can. Our tenants expect and deserve a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing environment when they are home. Respect for one's neighbors is essential. This is a 1905 house that is registered on the national list of historic places. It also must be treated with respect. I ask that any problem with the physical structure or mechanics of the house be reported immediately to the landlord.
