Tiny rock-tiled spa bathroom and private deck porch. Wood stove for heat, fridge, gas range. Outdoor parking. No w/d or garage. No outdoor stuff storage provided....
Perfect for one person wanting a cozy, move-in-ready Tiny Dream House! $1000 a month, utilities not included. Shop $200 a month additional for artist, craft, building space or storage. Washer/Dryer hookups could be provided.
Utilities are approximately $60 for electric, approx $25 for shop depending on intended use (but more if you run the A/C a lot or space heater as the meter is shared, $8 for gas, $25 for garbage, and High Speed Internet. The deposit is $2000.
This is a small country community of very kind and private folks who love the community garden if you want to partake, who appreciate the orchard and park-setting, and we are looking for a person who is chill, low impact, and just happy to be in a beautiful location. The other 4 homes are filled with folks who work daily. It is an ideal home to someone wanting to get away, but also with the safety of not being isolated in the country.
Very important, first and foremost as a tenant, we are looking for no drama or party land, and no pets unless your pet is also super low impact. If you are looking for low impact living you are a good fit. We screen highly.

If you are a good match from what you've written about yourself-- your brief work and life summary and why you would like Tiny country house living, I will call you back for a phone interview and if that goes well, we can set up a showing and in-person interview. I am setting up showings now and screening possible tenants, so please act quickly, as we all know there is a housing shortage here in Amador County.
