Security Deposit: $1,500 This property is being offered as a long-term rental. The following rules and conditions apply to all tenants and occupants: Property & Occupancy Rules * No pets are permitted on the property. * No smoking is permitted inside the property or on the premises. * No drug use is permitted on the property. * Long-term parking is provided for one permanent tenant vehicle only. * Guest vehicles are permitted for temporary visits. * Covered shared parking is available. * Utilities are not included in the rent and are the tenant's responsibility. * A mailbox is included with the rental. Yard & Property Maintenance * Two exterior trash cans are provided. * Trash must be properly contained in the provided trash cans. No open trash or garbage may be left in the yard. * Property lines will be clearly identified and defined. Tenants must remain within the designated rental area and may not use or access areas belonging to other occupants/property owners. Restricted Areas * The cellar is strictly off-limits. Tenants and guests have zero access to the cellar. * The attic is strictly off-limits. Tenants and guests have zero access to the attic space. Alterations & Property Damage * No painting, remodeling, renovations, or other alterations to the property are permitted without prior written approval from the property owner. * No nails may be placed in the walls. Tenants may not intentionally damage, modify, or alter walls, doors, floors, fixtures, or other portions of the property. Property Walkthroughs * The property owner/landlord will conduct three property walkthroughs during the lease term, with at least 48 hours' notice provided to the tenant prior to each walkthrough, except where applicable law permits otherwise
