Nestled in the heart of Wildwood Crest, this charming cottage is a short stroll (approximately a 5-minute walk) from the pristine beaches. Explore local eateries along Ocean Avenue within a 10-minute walk or drive. Water parks and amusement piers in Wildwood are easily accessible by car or a short trolley ride. Convenient shops and markets are also nearby.
Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund. Smoking of any kind is absolutely prohibited inside the property; any evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Guests are required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a selfie to the management company's secure portal before check-in. The primary guest must be 25+ years old and personally occupy the property for the full stay. A 3.5% processing fee applies to reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company. Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property, including the front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance, and deck/patio/driveway area. Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.
All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! The property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.
