Please be aware that parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, as unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing under Ohio and Cincinnati municipal codes. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and lighting anything, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or menacing staff, will also result in termination. The property owner retains the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe a party is intended, entry will be denied. A security deposit hold of $150 - $500 may be collected via credit/debit card. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed and will result in reservation termination if discovered, with a $300 cleaning fee for excessive pet hair. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or trashed will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security/fire department/police fees or other costs arise from guest behavior, the guest will be billed, with a minimum security fee of $150.
