Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water included. Electric mini split for heat and air. The property is lightly furnished. This home is pet-friendly so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent.
