Looking for a place to stay in New Orleans? Come join us in laid back Mid-City. Starting May 1st we will have a few private rooms available at our large complex/compound. Rates are $250 a week or $750 per month ! Situated right on the Canal St. streetcar line you'll be able to reach practically any part of town by public transportation with ease. All necessities are available close by from grocery stores and pharmacies to bars and restaurants - not to mention that you'll be in the most "outdoorsy" part of town with the idyllic Bayou St. John, Lafitte Greenway and the enormous City Park right around the corner. Renting any of our private rooms either weekly or monthly gives you your own private bedroom with a private bathroom, and also grants you access to the swimming pool on premises. A fully stocked kitchen is available. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the laundry room on site. Room description and amenities: - Bright and airy efficiency rooms that sleep one or two people - Double beds, some with a twin mattress bunk bed, for 2 person occupation. - All rooms include a private bath w/shower - Some feature a bathtub (Available upon request, first come-first served) - All rooms are air-conditioned - personal window units allow for individual temperature control. - Work desk and high-speed wifi available in all rooms - A traveler's wardrobe and lounge chair round out the furnishings. Property description and amenities: - Fully stocked communal kitchen, fridges/freezers, stoves/ovens - Air-conditioned living room and TV-lounge in common areas - On-site coin-operated laundry and dryers - Pool and sundeck - Dining room and huge courtyard w/ BBQ and picnic tables - ATM and vending machines available on-site Prices include: - Private rooms, - Cleaning deposit 50% waived if guest leaves room as found. - All utilities, incl.
