Lease terms

All applicants must apply through Zillow. You must be approved as a tenant before a in-person tour is allowed. You can apply via Zillow and it gives us a view of your credit score and background check and income verification. Zillow charges $35 to apply. It allows you to apply to multiple properties as well. Once approved, we can schedule a viewing. We are not section 8 approved. TENANT REQUIREMENTS: Credit & Background check will be run on all applicants 600+ Credit Score, Security Deposit = 1 month's rent Below 600 Credit Score, Security Deposit = Up to 2 month's rent No evictions on record Proof of monthly income (last 3 months must be uploaded) Income must be close to 3x the rent amount Monthly payments are made via RentRedi app Tenant responsible for Utilities & Yard Maintenance No smoking allowed inside property Pets allowed ($250 per pet deposit required+20/mo per pet) Security Deposit required= monthly rent Minimum 1 year lease
