Lease terms

The lease is for 12 months, with security deposit, subletting is not permitted, after execution of the initial lease agreement. Neither pit bull terriers, nor rottweiler dogs are allowed on, or in, the premises, at any time. Tenants are not permitted to make any modifications to the building structure. that includes inserting nails or placing screws in, or, on the walls are not allowed, ever, for hanging pictures, etc., on the walls. Tenants shall always use 3M type products to secure any and all implements on all interior walls in the structure. Expressly all Illegal activities are not allowed on, or, in the premises ever. Any and all of the aforementioned activities, or actions, are deal beakers. If pets are desired on the premises, a separate pet addendum to the lease must be executed with the initial lease, before initial occupancy occurs, and not after, except by negotiated agreement between the owner and the tenant. Almost any dogs are allowed except pit bull terriers (of any pedigree) and rottweilers. Pets are permitted with an additional negotiated pet fee, included.

It has a shared fence secured back yard for tenant and/or animal usage. A detached garage is available and accessible to be utilized for additional tenant storage. There is a very nice large city park nearby; also a elementary public school is a few blocks away; and the cross-town /intrastate highway system accessibility, in both north and south directions. All residents in the area can peacefully-safely walk, or run, in the nearby neighborhood, almost any time of the day, all times of the day. The area is reasonably safe for all ages and sexes, either old or young, without fear. The neighborhood is comprised older upscaled well maintained residences, suitable for experiencing a quiet, dignified, peaceful, living environment for everyone. Animals (dogs) are allowed with additional negotiated pet fee.
