The 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment in my home is usually rented by students at The University of Utah. Lease terms are flexible depending on the renters needs. I offer 9 and 10 month leases, so students are not paying for the Summer months when they may want to be home. Lease terms are negotiated on a case to case basis. I AM AVAILABLE TO SHOW THIS BEAUTIFUL SPACE ON June 6th, 7th, or 8th. And July 8th, 9th, and 10th. Please contact me to set up a viewing. FOUR BLOCKS FROM THE U OF U CAMPUS. My name is Carolyn.… I own a beautiful three story Victorian home on T Street, very close to the University of Utah Campus. My sweet dog and I live on the first two floors, but the entire third floor is available to rent. You will not be sorry you came to have a look. The third floor includes two beautifully and completely furnished bedrooms. A furnished living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. All utilities are INCLUDED in the rent price. Gas, Electric, Water, Garbage, Internet, AND A ONCE A MONTH CLEANING SERVICE. There is a separate back door entry that leads you directly to the stairs that take you to the third floor, There is plenty of privacy, and plenty of street parking. Laudry room is available for use on the first floor, and outdoor patio available when the weather permits. There is also an additional full sized refridgerator-freezer located in the detached garage that is only for the use of the third floor renters. There is also space in the garage for bike storage. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, or to schedule a tour. Flexible Student Leases Available. Entire 3rd floor is $2,300 per month. $1,150 per person if two people are sharing the space. Looking to have a lease start in July or August.
