There is a separate back door entry that leads you directly to the stairs that take you to the third floor, There is plenty of privacy, and plenty of street parking. Laudry room is available for use on the first floor, and outdoor patio available when the weather permits. There is also an additional full sized refridgerator-freezer located in the detached garage that is only for the use of the third floor renters. There is also space in the garage for bike storage.
