Move-in Costs: First month's rent, last month's rent, and a refundable security deposit. In compliance with Seattle Municipal Code, tenants have the option to pay the security deposit and last month's rent in six equal monthly installments upon written request. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. (Service and emotional support animals are accommodated in accordance with fair housing laws). Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking and drug-free property. Furnishings: Unit comes fully furnished with premium pieces. Tenant is responsible for maintaining all furnishings in good condition. Insurance: Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease with at least $100,000 in liability coverage. (Average renters insurance policies cost $13 $19 per month). House Rules: -No Subletting: Subletting, room-renting, or short-term hosting (like Airbnb) is strictly prohibited. - Guest Policy: Overnight guests are welcome, but stays exceeding 14 consecutive days require written landlord approval to ensure building security compliance. - HOA Compliance: Tenant agrees to abide by all building HOA rules, including standard quiet hours (10 PM 8 AM) and designated elevator reservation policies for move-in/move-out days.
