No smoking - - never marijuana (inside or outside) on premises. You can smoke it elsewhere, but never on my property. Never tobacco (inside)
No drugs (weed, marijuana, (yes legal in Vermont) but not here. No illegal drugs: heroin, cocaine, crack, etc.
No pets - non-negotiable so please don't ask about your pet cat that never ruins carpets; your dog that never barks, etc.

Good references: yes I call them. 1 work, 1 family, 1 friend, 1 previous landlord
1st month's rent: $1,700. Last month's rent: $1,700; Security deposit: $1,700: $5,100
Thereafter, the rent is $1,800. But if the rent is paid electronically to my bank (Mascoma Bank) no later than the 1st, then you get a $100 discount. If you are a policeman, sheriff, or state trooper, you get another $100 off. If you pay on the 2nd, my heart burn kicks in, my anxiety level goes up, my blood pressure goes up, and discount disappears. Rent is then $1,800/month to pay for my heart burn medicine, blood pressure medicine, etc.

Yes, that is an out of state number (Virginia), but I take an active interest in the rental. Looking at the pictures, you can see that I am not a slum landlord. As there is a tenant in the apartment, I need to give them 48 hours heads up, so ealy coordination is best.
