Whole house generator ensures power. Snow plowing by landlord. Cable wiring installed. Owners occupy attached wing. Limited basement storage negotiable. Large wooded conservation area adjacent for walks, etc. plus private quarter mile paved driveway on adjacent family property along open fields, across a small brook, and into a small wood.
REGARDING APPOINTMENTS: Partly because the unit is currently occupied and partly because we have a higher than usual possibility of health issues, the best way to book an appointment is to call us and make arrangements.
