$900 security deposit and first month's rent due at lease signing. 6 month lease minimum. The right fit would be a working professional or college medical student that is animal friendly, quiet, clean, respectful. It's expected that you do your own dishes, try and limit laundry to once a week, if you mess it up pick it up. Garbage, recycling and shoveling snow are a shared responsibility of all tenants. Maple Grove's noise ordinance prohibits unreasonably loud, disturbing, or unnecessary noise that harms the peace, comfort, or quiet of the community. Specific violations include loud electronic devices, yelling, and excessive noise especially between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Christian retired couple (with a Tabby Maincoon and an Orange Tabby cat) looking for a working professional or working college student to rent the bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the second level. We are looking for people with similar personalities, where we could enjoy each other's company but each have our own lives as well. We raised our family here and have the two extra rooms to rent out since they became adults. Our last tenants were here since 2019. We are easy going, caring, dependable and practical people. We have worked hard for our land and care about it and just ask people to respect it I enjoy it as much as we have.
